Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I do remember my first client. It was great to implement all learned techniques and allowing myself to connect to my intuition to make massage not just technically perfect but above all creating a connection to the sensual self.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I would not say it is addictive. No addiction is fun. It is more about one’s choice to be connected more consciously to the body. Being a massuer because of one’s excitement is expansive and can open new creative aspects of oneself.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, I am very successful because I do what I enjoy and I enjoy what I do, and I do it well.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I have a superpower to make people feel relaxed and comfortable.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I would like them to feel relaxed, satisfied and aware more of themselves than they felt before the session.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
My hobbies are connected to my work. I teach meditation, massage and self-awareness. I love free weights training. Nutrition. I also write self-help books.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I became a masseur to express and develop my naturally active skills to assist others in experiencing a greater degree of connection through touch and sensuality.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Do it only if you love it. No massage certificate makes one a good massuer. It has to come from the joy of doing it.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Come and try me. I have never had a disappointed client.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have done it for around a decade. For how much longer? I do not plan my life. I live it from the now moment.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love some travel and I am a homebody.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
This has been already answered above. Although I have done massage courses, the real expertise has come from doing it. I had some disappointing massages from masseurs with great qualifications yet they were unable or unwilling to create a therapeutic connection that requires more than perfect techniques.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
My intention is to make everyone comfortable and as connected to the massage as possible to create a sense of deep relaxation and optimal sensual experience according to everyone’s individual abilities.
