- My first client had a profession that involved a lot of physical labor (heavy lifting, moving boxes, etc). He needed me to spend a lot of time on specific muscles. On that first day, I had to remember not to be afraid to touch my client below the waist. That's where all the strain was! He used his legs and back to earn a living and I was happy to use my hands to make him feel better.
