Communication Priorities & No Replies
When I don’t reply, it’s usually in the following instances:
1. Texts from new numbers that don’t ask for massage info or scheduling. (Ex’s: “Hi”, “How’s it going”, etc.).
2. My service-pertinent questions are not being answered—that I need in order to move forward.
3. I’m unavailable and not able to accommodate the short-notice availability being requested, anyway. I will always reply to advanced notice requests, regardless. (I have to prioritize my focus time on things I CAN get done.)

Table warmer, sheet & blanket is provided.
Room is kept at 70-73°F.
Fan is kept on low for white noise & air circulation (NOT pointed directly at client).
When is it Time for a Massage?
Getting a massage only when you feel tension, aches & pains — is like only eating healthy only when you feel weak, sick or malnourished.
The thing is, eating healthy is what helps prevents us from feeling weak, sick or malnourished.
It’s the same principle with regular massage (along with/ other physical therapy, like hydrotherapy and proper stretching and exercise).
Waiting too long until after your tension has been affecting you will then most likely mean that you’ll need more consecutive sessions to help fix the issue.
Like regular exercise, with therapeutic massage, the results are accumulative, Getting a jacked-up body to normalcy can be a challenge; but maintaining healthy tissue is easy by comparison.
I offer return discounts for clients wanting accumulative results and/or regular maintenance.
Complimentary Additions
The longer the session, the more enhancements I include (vibration tools, hot stones & steam towels).
Punctuality, Cancellations & No-shows
Clients should plan to arrive/park at the appointment time.
As long as you arrive within 10-15 minutes past the appointment time, you won’t lose any time off the massage.
If you’re going to be more than 5 or 10 minutes late, please notify me by text or call/vm with your ETA.
If you’re really in a jam and need to push the appointment back by 30 minutes or so, please let me know ASAP so I can determine if it effects the appointment or not.
If it is 15 minutes past without notice from the client, then it is considered a “no-call no-show cancellation”. In this case, a full cancellation fee will be assessed.
It’s giving less than 24 hours notice to cancel, Partial cancellation fee ranges $50–$100 depending on the scheduled time.
With no prior notice to cancel, Full cancellation fee ranges $100–$200 depending on the scheduled time.
Cancellation fees must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled. This can be settled with credit/debit card payment by payment text link.
Credit/Debit card transactions will show up as “Christians Bodywork”.
The Massage Appointment Experience
I’ll greet you at my front door.
I’ll show you where the restroom is.
Then in the massage room, I’ll show you where to put all your stuff.
We will go over any relevant details about your massage (that we haven’t already covered).
Then, I start the massage with myofascial release and stretches, then some warm up strokes, then deeper / more specific work, and then finish with relaxing stuff (like nerve strokes, scalp massage & steam towel foot wrap). Every massage application is tailored to feel as good as possible.
The appointment is concluded with bottled water and request for feedback on any needed improvements to better the massage.
Preliminary Questions
Here are questions I ask in preparation for the massage:
1. Will you be using a credit/debit card today, or just cash?
2. What range of pressure do you think you want?
Light | Medium | Firm | Deep | Very Deep
3. Optional: Any problem areas or areas to avoid?
4. Optional: Do you get hot or cold easily, or about average?
Receiving Massage
My recommendation for the best way to receive the massage is by:
✅ Laying down flat, straight & centered on the table.
✅ Completely relaxing & letting go; it really helps not to anticipate or assist—as it keeps the nerves & tissue in a tense state of ‘readiness’.
✅ Remember to breath.
Once you’re on the table, the only times I will need you to move yourself for me is when:
~Turning over
~Raising your knees for bolster support
~Raising you ankles for bolster support
Easy-peasy!
How to check for availability & schedule.
I’m flexible to schedule appointments 7 days-a-week. If you want to check availability for scheduling, I need the following:
1. The massage duration you want (60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes).
2. The day(s)/date(s) you are able and wanting to schedule for, and
3. The time(s) you are able and wanting to schedule for.
Once I’m provided with those 3 pieces of information (general or specific), I can check that against my schedule to see that I’m able to accommodate.
Here’s a good general example =
Prospective client:
“Hey RebelPro, my name is Johnny. I’m interested in a 90 or 120 minute massage, either Wednesday evening, Saturday afternoon or anytime Sunday. Lmk, thx!”
Here’s a good specific example =
Prospective client:
“Hi RebelPro, this is Arthur. I’m looking for a 60 minute massage tomorrow (insert day/date) at 7 PM or 7:30 PM at the latest. Looking forward to hearing back from you :).”

Advance Notice Info / Note
I wish I could catch every appointment request - regarding same-day appointments or other relatively short notice appointment requests. However, my schedule is booked up and/or planned out ahead of time - due to my services demand and other responsibilities. It is my strongest recommendation to interested clients to plan/schedule their appointments 1 to 7 days in advance. With that being said, you can count on me as one who brings his "A" game to your appointment.
