RyanVersGood's Massage Interview
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
To be honest, yes, for the short amount of time since I started this journey in this kind of field. I’ve done a lot of satisfied clients than what I could’ve hoped for. I know what’s coming ahead will be a lot more and sharpening my skills a lot more!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Not being rude or throwing any shade in the kool-aid, but a lot of masseuse here don’t truly understand the clients time and worth.
They only see them as money banks and everyone has their own reasons. But many of my clients on my table end up saying the same thing, masseuse finish quick their “work” and cut their session by half, and demand a full payment!? Like c’mon
I went and try it myself and truly understand what they meant.
I respect and stick to the time that is being agreed on. (I do however, appreciate when the client is on time, just like the way I am during an outcall).
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
To return, to enjoy the session from start to finish.
When I heard that the session was amazing/enjoyable/let friends know I take pride in it.
So I’m grateful for that
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Stick to your time, your price and don’t overshare too much information on what you do online. Keep it private.
Be flexible in how to handle situations; be aware and learn to say no when no is required
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Satisfied, happy and relaxed that’s the whole purpose of the massage.
With extras add-ons of course.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Since little, I’ve giving massages to my mother who was a single parent with 2 at times 3 jobs a week many many years ago. As time went on I started giving personal intimacy massages to my partner. Moved on here with the public. I love giving and receiving massages equally. I say I’ll probably continue for another couple of years.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Depends, some people are natural and others need to go to school.
I was a natural
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Homebody for now, scare to travel and probably will do it this year 2024
