- My first client was in the clinic at the massage school I trained at. I was so nervous I couldn’t get the draping right and also the pressure. I was too nervous to go deep and lacked the sensitivity to feel out their responses on my own yet.
- Training teaches amazing things about the body and general techniques as well. Experience teaches a whole other slew of amazing traits. So they go hand in hand.
- Finding something to connect with others on is one of my favorite things to do. It’s important in life to find these bridges.
- Both of my parents were one.
- Yes! I had left massage for Personal Training but had to come back. Helping others and connecting in that way is to unique an opportunity.
- Travel is massive along with helping others create and maintain a healthy body through personal training and body work!

- A massage certification teaches only so much. The rest is skill that I honestly don’t think can be taught. Either your able to intuit where to go and what’s needs more attention, or you can’t. Both of my parents were therapists as well, it’s in my blood!
