Anthony is a superior masseur, with a warm, welcoming personality. He naturally seems to find every knot in your body, then works his magic to get rid of them. In addition to being a wonderful masseur, he's a great and interesting conversationalist--if you want to talk, or he's happy to maintain the peaceful quiet. I plan to see him again as a regular.

I had the pleasure of having my first (and hopefully many more) appointment with this certified masseur after my previous masseur of 20 years retired and moved out of the country. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this masseur's work. From the surprising use of warmed massage cream, to the use of damp warmed towels for the legs and the calming sound of a running brook and all of the plant life in his studio, this was a great great deep tissue massage where the enormous areas with kinks and stress in my upper back were worked on very well and I left feeling so much better! Do not let the stature of this masseur fool you because the awesome and effortless strength used to work out the kinks in my upper back was fantastic - and it was obvious this masseur works very hard to provide a stellar massage. All of the services and styles of massage this masseur provides are top-notch and I will definitely be returning! Thanks so much!

This was a therapeutic session but there was a lot of human contact and so it felt like it was more sensual and connective than a regular session. I was very pleased with Sago's work.

I had a great 90 min appointment with Sago today. He is definitely trained in deep tissue and Swedish. He worked my back and neck for a really long time sensing all the stress that I carry there. He also worked in some sensual/erotic stuff that we had talked about before hand. He is affordable in what is normally the most expensive part of the city, a convenient location across from Annie's. I actually found free parking about a block and half away! Go see him! He is really good looking as well!

Sago was amazing, he made me felt cared for. He is thorough and takes his time to work through the stress points, and knows how to easily transition between deep pressure and soothing lite touch. I am already looking forward to returning to his table.

Yesterday I met with Sago for the 4th time. I am an active guy in his 30s - recovery from the gym is getting harder and aches and pains are becoming more common. I wanted a massage therapist who could provide a deep tissue sports massage with trigger point therapy and myofascial release for pain management and muscle rehabilitation. Sago does all that and he incorporates my feedback into our next session. Looking forward to my next visit.

The best deep tissue massage I have ever gotten. Sago knows what he is doing, and does it superbly. The sensual element was also superb. I try to get 2 massages per month, and now they will all have to measure up to Sago's. My only complaint is that I don't live close enough to go exclusively to him. Wow. Words are inadequate. I recently had an enjoyable massage with Sago. Setting up the appointment was easy and his central DuPont Circle location is great. Sago is an easy conversationalist but knows when the experience called for quiet moments. I chose a therapeutic/sensual massage and Sago's technique was top notch. He paid attention to my tight spots and provided relaxing strokes all over. I will definitely book with him again.

I had a great massage with Sago. His space really set the mood with an abundance of plants, soft lighting, and ambient nature sounds. He has very strong hands and a great technique. He makes use of his forearm and elbow to work and loosen stiff muscles. At the end he paid a lot of attention to my upper back, using my own weight to really work the muscles. This was one of the best massages I have had. I left with all of my muscles having been released and feeling relaxed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great massage.
