SeductivelySkilt's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Oct 07, 13:56
- I like for clients to leave better than they came, to genuinely be happy and to come again.
- I wouldn’t say extensive training is necessary because many people have natural born skills without having the slightest training. There are many resources out there that will train you in your own spare time to get accommodated to being a masseur and to grow.
- I don’t really travel but I would definitely be open to it.
- I have been a masseur on and off for 2 years. Why on and off? Because I grew up in a house hold that going to college was number one and getting a day-to-day job was number two. Now I am venturing to focus on me.
- There may not be an answer to this because there are thousands of masseurs around, all with different skillset. But, I would probably say is my ability to put myself in a zone of really satisfying the client and not having the expectation of a set hr or I’m just doing it for the money.
- I would tell anyone to stay firm, put in the time, be comfortable and enjoy what you are doing. Use the money that you receive for your skill to invest.
- I became a masseur to escape the world of you have to wake up and go into a 8-12hr shift job that even with a college degree you would still start at the bottom and have to wait for your turn. The years of getting past up for promotions due to seniority and not being consider when you have a degree, set me on a new path to try other avenues of revenue
- My hobbies in my spare time include; going to the gym, cooking, dine-in theaters, watching anime and sometimes playing video games. When it comes to tv I have one favorite show that I can watch until the end of time and that is Law and Order SVU.
- I would like any client that leaves a massage given by me to feel relaxed and sleepy. Why do I say sleepy because I want my massage to feel extremely good that now you just want to rest the remainder of the day.
- I am like a lone wolf that has a caring and helping heart. This plays well into my everyday life. I’m a man of few words but I am very alert and pay very attention to detail.
- I still consider myself a beginner in the realm of being a masseur. As I continue, I learn more and more techniques to better improve my skills.
- It may be addictive, in regards to the money, but with the money that comes in from various clients you are able to invest in yourself in the long run to have other sources of income. Not to mention you will build cliental and more referrals to expand to other states
- The day I decided to become a masseur, I woke up unhappy with my regular day-to-day 12hr shift and knew it was something more easy and would be more of a work/life balance. Fast forward, I made an ad thru Rentmen and my first client messaged me. He happened to be in town on a business seminar and told me he just needed a relaxing spa like massage treatment. It started off as a nervous atmosphere for me to say the least but once I turnt on my slow jam 90’s music, I was able to put myself in a zone that allowed me to tap into the art of massaging.
