SouthernPaul's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Jun 02, 2019
- I'm just a down to earth guy, not out to impress anyone. It is best to be yourself. After I got out of the military, I got cast in a national TV commercial, still work on them whenever I get a chance...Hey it bought my Rolls Royce of all massage tables with heated surface, vibrating function, even elevation control with remote control as well as bluetooth speakers built in...holds up to 500lbs.
- I became a masseur because I was stationed in Thailand when I was serving in the United States Air Force.I was always going out to an area called PatPong to do karaoke and drink a crazy number of beers and ended up blacking out and passing out in an alley. Not a healthy lifestyle. So I took up muay thai kickboxing and learned some awesome techniques in massage, A VERY POSITIVE MOVE I THINK SO. During my 3 months stay I had massaged half of my flight and squadron. A lot of the guys said I have a natural gift, as you will soon see. I believe everything happens for a reason and I'm glad I stopped drinking and really enjoy making someone feel great! My favorite part of the massage is hearing clients snore and making pleasure moans letting me know I hit the right spot. I don't look at massage as work, I could massage someone for hours..I get into a zone and just enjoy it so much.I dont have a foot fetish, but doing a clients feet is interesting because each part of the foot affects different parts of the body and I would suggest never leaving them out. You should love your body.I have to go now, getting a text now, the best way to get these talented, strong healing hands..see ya soon!
- I love doing karaoke and rocking out on a piano. Some of my clients have pianos they like me to play on before I put them into space alien mode.A lot of my Asian clients have karaoke machines at home set up. Also I have helped some of my clients in Hollywood prepare appetizers for their OSCAR parties..I'm such a good housebitch..yes I do dishes! LOL
- Oh how could I forget him! He worked in the same propulsion branch as I did but in a different section. He was always sitting in an awkward position when he was safety wiring bolts on a jet engine. He was saying something about how his back was out of whack that he needed a massage. A bunch of us went out to the Airmans club after our 12 hour shift and had pitchers of beer and pizza.I told him he should come back to my dorm room since my roommate was away on leave. He agreed and I told him to get comfortable. He was so nervous. He had a chubby stocky build and slight graying hair, especially at 19, which I found just damn hot as hell. After I started on his shoulders,I worked on his knotted up upper back, so crunchy and wrecked. Then I worked on his lower back then finally his buttocks and legs and feet.I remember his calves were so big and muscular. He said he used to run alot at his other base in England.By the way after this massage, he became Airman of the month. I think about him when other clients rave over my work..Hey I love giving massages! I wish I could find him, it was a perfect night and a perfect massage. I knew right then and there I wanted to be a masseur.
- I want the clients to feel relaxed to the 10th power and want to come back soon.I like to see which techniques work for them and on their return focus on that more.Good communication is key. Without communication you really haven't succeeded in your job.
- I think any and all training is neccessary to be successful. You also have to have a great attitude and not be judgemental of clients. I see everyone as the same inside and outside. As with training, I enjoy hanging out with other masseurs and learn some of their techniques.
- I've been a masseur for 5 years and I want to continue doing so forever. It is a job that I know I can do for a longtime and you just get better and better at it..I'd like to see my ad running when I'm 107! Hey you never know a new youth pill could come out!
- I travel every month to change things up a bit and to meet people from all over the world. I am getting ready to go back to London in February and Tokyo in April.
- Alot of clients tell me I have a one of a kind personality and great sense of humor, to never lose it as well as my southern accent.
- Yes I consider myself a successful masseur. I have many regulars, some fly to the states just to see me. Some have introduced me to their families. Life as a masseur is great.
- Oh heck yes! I really enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.I think I would become depressed if it weren't for them in my life.
- BE FOCUSED ON YOUR CLIENT! What ever has happened in your life before your appointment, leave it outside of the session. Do not bring negative energy to a session..EVER! It is your client's time and give them your ALL!
- I want someone to feel like a wet noodle and just on another planet. What I learned overseas was amazing. I had one client who complained about his lower back hurting from a car accident to absolutely no pain at all. That always makes me feel good too.
