- I fondly recall my initial client encounter at Spa Uno in Costa Rica. He was a gentleman from the United States who displayed exceptional kindness and generosity by leaving a $20 gratuity. It was an auspicious beginning to my professional journey.

- It is not just addictive, but rather a passion; and it is completely natural for a human being, indeed for any living being. I sincerely hope that I will never have to be without this passion.
