What an exceptional experience. There was a great connection with Alex and I left feeling amazing. You have to go in with an open mind and embrace how different the experience is. I did and it was very satisfying, exceeding my expectations. His incorporation of leather, music and incense heightened the experience and all of my senses were involved. I developed a level of trust with him before the massage and we had a great conversation afterwards. Go for 90 minutes for the full experience, it really is worth it. I will definitely repeat.

I was hesitant at first to try Alex since it kinda is different from a regular massage, also, for me, massage price rates in here are expensive compared to where I came from. But when I read the reviews and some of his writings on his blog, that made me curious. So when I inquired for a session, he gladly answered some of my questions. Tantra for me is a different field and to incorporate it in massage could either be a dream, or a failure. Well, the session didn't fail. I was completely satisfied on how he executed the task by incorporating connection of body and relaxation techniques, but at the same time, exhibiting tantric moves which surprisingly is therapeutic. After it ended, all I thought was how I could have had a longer session with him. And I like how he made me feel safe all throughout the session.. Lastly, I love how he smells haha! I couldn't stop sniffing him at some point. At the back of my mind, he would have a smell of a hippie shaman, not that I know how they smell haha! I would have the session longer just to sniff him. Anyway thanks tantricshaman!

Powerful,exciting, exhilarating, exhausting. Imagine all of these words fit. Alex’s was able to match my energy, identify the needed areas applied strength when needed and light touch when needed. The use of leather and music kept me in the moment. Internal excitement and releases. This sounds cryptic and at the end I told you I don’t know what just happened but DAMN!! Alex was very kind and accommodating. Since I'm a student, my budget is not very big, so he worked around it, which I appreciated a lot. Working with him was both pleasant and healing. I felt like a lot of my burdens were lifted and the experience left me with an interesting array of dreams and an itchy forehead, which I attribute to a mystical third eye awakening experience. This is such a Whimsical and Wonderful session that I think all therapists should visit him to feel how different he is.

Amazing. Beautiful. Life changing. I will see him every time I’m in New York.

I won't deny that he has skill. In fact when I first read his blog I was rather touched. It was the very factor that nudged me to making an appointment with him. he certainly has a nice touch.

However what he lacked at my appointment was warmth. His greeting was cold and distant. He failed to deliver what I was looking for and when I attempted to express it, he made me feel foolish and small. And so I left disappointed.

Based on all the great reviews here, I can only assume that it was a case of miscommunication or an off day. It's a shame though. This was to be my one treat during my visit to New York and instead it did not leave me feeling uplifted.

Alex is absolutely amazing. He immediately put me at ease, asked if there were specific area to focus on. He explained his technique and which is unique and very sensual. The massage was incredible, he is very intuitive and the experience could not have been better. His place is clean and convenient, he is easy to contact. My time with him exceeded all my expectations! I will definitely see him again.

Expect the unexpected. If you're looking for a masseur who treats both the physical and spiritual Alex is the one for you. Before our session I was treated to an easy conversation with a bright and intuitive guy. The ultimate massage that reaches the depth of relaxation and sensuality. It is a true massage that this guy responds to your inner-being. Definitely going back.

I’ve had many massages, but they’re pedestrian compared to mine from Alex. I’ve had two massages from him (so far), and they’ve been transcendent. Of course relaxing and soothing, but much more. I felt stimulated in ways I wouldn’t have anticipated. Alex senses something in me and then helps me see it and feel it. I’ve certainly been satisfied, enriched, and will schedule more sessions.

Meeting Alex was a blessing on so many levels. The discussion prior to the massage, easy and thorough; I opened up about stresses in my life to give him an understanding of my situation. I showered and hit the table. Alex asked me to “feel like the ocean” and sink I did, into the table. Breathing was stressed which is natural for me and off I drifted. The time flew by. After he finished and left the room, I laid there and suddenly my left arm felt as if it was being pressed down while my right arm started to rise up. Unbelievable! I had the Gallant massage.

This was my second experience with the TantricShaman. It was different from my first but exactly what I was needing. He somehow seems to know. It's really quite amazing to meet somewhat of a stranger that you can actually feel a strong sense of care coming from him regarding your overall wellbeing. I encourage everyone to try something different from the mechanical massage and release. This man is sure to figure
out how to make you feel good. I felt a really strong connection that left me wanting to come back for more.

Basic housekeeping- pictures don't do him justice. He's not handsome, he's gorgeous. His space is beautiful and clean, and the experience was amazing. Fully transcendental, his touch brought me out of myself in a way I didn't know was possible. The experience was unlike any I've ever had and I cannot recommend him enough.
Alex is warm and kind. Before our session began he gave me a glass of water while we sat and talked about what brought me to him. He listened attentively and helped me feel calm.
His studio is really lovely and calming. Lots of gentle light and pleasant music. His massage table is comforting because it's not covered with plastic or paper, but with a fresh sheet. His hands are warm and comforting and he truly has a gift of touch. His breath coaching was incredible during our session and his presence is truly remarkable.
I'd recommend you read his blog to get a sense of what you can expect from an experience, but would also encourage you to maintain an open mind going into it.
I left Alex feeling invigorated, relaxed, and very confident. He truly is a master of his craft, and I look forward to my next session with him.

A quieter place. That is where I was taken during my massage with Alex. So different from massages I've had before. We sat down prior to the massage and Alex explained about his amazing technique. So - this is actually somewhat difficult to do - because it transcends the normal "massage" experience. Alex is - exactly what he says he is in his description. Go back and read it again. It's therapeutic and sensual and erotic - and not like any experience you've probably ever had. I wasn't quite sure what to expect - but - it couldn't have been better.

In terms of the basics - he looks like his pictures - the space is terrific and he is incredibly skilled. So he checks all the boxes on that front.

I think more than what it was - I'll say what it wasn't. If you're looking for a basic, typical massage/release - this is not that experience. This transcends that experience. Sometimes it feels like we live in a city where we stopped looking for the - unique experience - or the transcendent experience. If you're open to it - this is that. Because I believe that Alex tailors every session to the individual - I can guarantee you that your experience will NOT be my experience. But I can also guarantee you that this guy will "read" you - and deliver exactly what you need - even if you didn't know it at the time. Amazing.

I spent a long time searching for a way to integrate mind, body and spirit together in my life. In Alex I have found a gifted and caring guide to lead me on that quest. I immediately felt safe and valued in his presence. Through surrendering to his mastery I have experienced a deeper awareness of self and a greater connectedness with others. I have been seeing Alex for sessions on a monthly basis for the last year and a half. Is Alex worth seeing ? Let me answer this way, I voluntarily travel 2 hours each way from Long Island to see him on a monthly basis - so yes , he is more than worth it !!

I first came to Alex in a very stuck place and full of fear. I was afraid and didn't even know how to begin to move out from this unhealthy , worn out and restrictive comfort zone that I created for myself. This way of living got my no where. I wasn't truly present or engaged in life.

Alex has proven to be a key component at this juncture in my life to the current personal growth journey that I am on .... He has provided me with a safe and non-judgmental place to learn and experiment. Putting aside for a moment the bonus that Alex is an extremely good looking and handsome man with an incredible body , Alex is also a great guy !! He isn't putting on an act. He genuinely cares and he immediately makes you feel comfortable within minutes of being in his presence. He is smart and has a keen instinct about things that is so helpful and effective when you work with him. He is a healer in the truest sense of the word. Alex has become my mentor and is helping me change my life in transformative ways that I never thought could be possible. He is the real deal. I highly recommend without reservation . You will not be disappointed!
