First let me say thank you. I came to you with my back pain and upon leaving I was not in as much pain and was able to drive home with out having any difficulty with sitting for that distance. Normally my legs and back would have be bouncing in my seat trying to keep comfortable

I also want to thank you you for making time for me in your busy schedule. I was grateful to finally get to your retreat to experience an amazing beautiful empowering time with you.

Wow. I had a 2 hour session with Justin, and I can honestly say it was the best therapeutic massage I have ever received.
His West Hollywood studio is quaintly located in an oasis-like building, creating a wonderfully zen experience before you even enter. Justin greeted me warmly at the front and led me to the studio.
Justin has a beautiful, calming energy that helps to provide a safe and peaceful environment for a truly spiritual experience. Additionally, his sparkly-blue eyes and charming smile indicate a warm, caring healer.
He accessed my physical needs before we began, and talked about the intention for the session. We did some breath work to begin, and then he moved into the actual massage. He uses his whole body and his breath to guide the massage, and has a truly intuitive touch. He was able to locate areas of tension and pain within my body, and used various techniques of stretching and massage to work through them. There is a natural sensuality to the Thai massage experience, and I found it both calming and stimulating…and intrigued about the experience of a more Tantric session.

I had the pleasure of meeting Justin last week. His ad really stood out on RM based on his experience, modalities and reviews. What a find!

We met for a 2 hour session and it went far beyond my expectations. I am an avid yogi and studying to become a meditation teacher so his practice aligned with my deep interests. I also suffer from chronic arm pain from a previous injury and, after 4 days, I am pain free for the first time in 3 years. He is truly a healer.

The entire experience was really magical. From his open and caring demeanor to the the convenient, clean location. The incense, heated floor mat, music and minimal product used was all top notch. He was attentive to all my physical needs yet didn't hold back on giving me what was probably the best eastern style massage I have ever received in my life. My body and brain are truly happy.

Driving home I was already planning my next appt. I am thrilled to have met such a lovely, warm human being with such talent.

Had a great experience with Justin. The massage was combination stretch, breath work, deep tissue and zen like yoga calm. It was performed in his Venice studio on very comfortable and heated floor mats. It was both relaxing and invigorating since some of the poses where a bit more challenging than others but regardless he remained focused on me and my experience and seemed to sense how I was feeling and adjusted accordingly. Never painful but a workout nevertheless and next day had a pleasant muscle burn. I look forward to going back again!

I booked my massage with Justin based on his description of the experience and the reviews left by clients. Both steered me in the absolute right direction.

The experience was pretty amazing and unique. Using both massage and yoga techniques, my body was twisted and rubbed in ways I've never experienced and it was awesome. I am certainly feeling the benefits almost 24 hours later.

The location is easy and the set up is very comforting. I've never been massaged on the floor, but the heated mat was comfortable and left tons of space to be worked on. Again, unique and amazing.

When you think of tantric massage, you imagine a very calming and deep person. Justin certainly fits into that mold and put me at ease immediately.

His description mentioned that each session last about 2 hours....which I couldn't imagine how -- but time flew and I wanted it to keep going.

I will be making more appointments with Justin for sure. Do yourself a favor and have that experience!

This a review of my 2nd therapeutic massage with this masseur and is mainly intended for string players and people on the spectrum. WRT autism, he was great at making me feel comfortable, making his studio feel like a safe place. The studio is neutral smelling aside for some sage. He uses oil very, very sparingly and only when it's needed. You don't leave feeling greasy or slimy. The smell the neroli oil, that he uses, was very faint and not offensive to me at all. His touch is not disconcerting and he will massage you using deep even consistent pressure if you ask. Honestly, I felt like a horse in the way he touched me--in the way one should approach a horse and touch it as to not startle it. I was always aware of where he was and what part of my body he would touch next. He was sensitive to my temperature comfort zone. And he was very receptive to my needs and dislikes. He is easy to speak to and he is very direct and clear in his communication with me. I've had traditional deep tissue and sports massages in the past and have always left with more knots in my neck, shoulders and back.

As for string players (I play the vln/vla and dabble with the vlc), he is intuitive and/or knowledgable enough to give the fingering and bowing sides of my neck, shoulders and back the correct attention. String players will understand, as we put ourselves in the most ridiculous contortions just for the sake of making music.

He also offers other non-traditional/Eastern healthcare practices, which I felt comfortable enough to try. While I was there only for the therapeutic services, I can say that it was sensual (not in a sexual way) but in a human connection way.

As for social distancing, this, in my opinion is a medium risk activity. He is very cognizant of the need for sterility.

And most importantly of all, he has a good sense of humor. And yes the photos are accurate and up to date. But what does it matter if you're looking for human contact/occupational therapy?

I'm feeling lucky to have wrapped this past weekend up with a uniquely excellent massage with Justin. The experience was truly special and, even a couple days later, I still feel the compassion and care that he shared through his practice.

Justin saw me at his professional studio in West Hollywood. Stepping into the room was stepping into his private, curated world of relaxation. I was met with the light, smoky smell of cedar incense as Justin invited me to share any specific areas of discomfort or concern with him. He conducted the massage itself on a generous, heated floor mat, which allowed plenty of room for my 6'3" frame, while giving Justin the freedom to move around me. And he definitely moved around me, using his entire body to stretch, massage, and generally envelope me in his healing energy.

There was no apparent focus on time and it felt like Justin's deepest concern was simply to impart all of the benefits of his personal massage technique with me. I left floating on a cloud and without a doubt in my mind that I'd be back sooner rather than later.

Justin is wonderful. I usually get a massage every other week and thought I would venture out and try something other than deep tissue. I traded a few messages with Justin and appt coordination was easy. His space is wonderfully calm and definitely "slows" you down. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and his ability to stretch, open and release joints and knots is beyond description. He is very thoughtful and does not "go through the motions", but asks during every stretch about pressure and pain. He has a killer smile, amazing eyes, and he incredibly grounded and caring. Definitely recommend! I already booked my next appt with him.

One of the best massages I have ever experienced. He is so talented, from his stretching techniques to his deep pressure, this is an experience you do not want to miss. He has a beautiful energy to add to the already amazing experience. Well worth it.

I had an excellent massage with Justin yesterday. His place is perfectly located the heart of West Hollywood with easy parking. Very clean, lovely room he works in. He does the thai massage on the floor on a very comfortable mat. We had a small chat before the massage which was a time to get acquainted as well as let him know what was going on in my body. The next 2 hours was sheer bliss. For those not familiar with Thai massage, it's not your typical massage on a table with massage oil. It's a lot of bending and twisting and muscle compression that feels out of this world! He worked and activated muscles I didnt think needed attention and boy, did it feel good! He uses his arms, leg, feet, torso, and even his back to hit all the areas of your body. You get a lot of "hurts so good!" moments. Best part about it as that you just lie there and let him do all the work. He lifts and moves all your body parts so you don't have to...very spoiling. The massage is intimate, but not in a sexual way. Way more body contact that a typical table massage. You will feel very cared for. Justin is very spiritual in nature but in a very easy going, comfortable way. The whole experience was one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. Justin and his massage with be a regular thing with me for sure!

Justin is great! His thai massage is wonderful. He is very practiced and you can tell with the confident way he performs. He continually checks in to make sure you are doing okay, if you need more stretch or less.

Calming music plays as you are massaged. I went to his studio for the massage and it was in an area with a lot of nature, very relaxing.

The massage was very thorough and in depth. I felt amazing after and my shoulders finally released some much needed tension. I'd recommend you give Justin a try! You wont be disappointed.

I'm a practicing massage therapist myself so when I get bodywork I have pretty high expectations. Although I've never had a traditional Thai massage before; Justin absolutely blew me away. It was a nice break from your traditional massage on a table. I really like all of the stretching and compression work he did. He really knows his way around the body. We only had time to work on my lower half, but what a difference I could feel. He went well over the time allotted and left me wanting more. If you've never had a Thai massage I strongly suggest you try it. Justin is a passionate therapist that no doubt puts the clients needs first.

I have had 4 massages with Justin, each better than the next. He is a very sweet soul, and clearly cares about his clients.

I am very tight, so Justin's style of massage for me is perfect--excellent, safe stretches as well as some deep bodywork. Justin clearly knows his anatomy; his stretches are intense, but never painful or dangerous. His touch is electrifying!

The sessions last about 2 hours, and at the end, one feels not only amazing from the massage, but also feels cared for on an emotional level as well.

Wow--this was one of the most unique and exciting massage experiences ! He combined his masterful hand strokes with pressure using his feet, arms, legs, torso--was like a game of Twister! The session was on the floor at my house-- he provided the soundtrack, with a mix that enhanced his stellar moves. He is a great conversationalist , plus checked frequently that I was okay with the amount of pressure and helped me breathe through all the stretches . He ended the session with a Chinese cleansing technique on my sore shoulder. I was so happy to meet him on his first visit to Austin, and hope to see him again when he returns !!!

Where to start? My session with Justin was amazing! From the welcome hug hello, to the session itself, and the small chat leading to the good-bye! I’ve never had experience with this modality, but can say without a doubt that it’s now one of my favorites! It takes traditional massage to the next level – heavy use of breathing, stretching and body pressure. I felt very comfortable and at ease with Justin. While they may be an initial draw, Justin’s photos are certainly appealing – but don’t do justice for what you get in person; his warmth, radiant smile and energy – oh boy!

It’s obvious the love that Justin has for his art, and I feel honored to have experienced it! I would definitely be in touch to schedule more time with him. Thank you!

I've worked with several Thai Yoga Massage therapists over the years and he is the best I've experienced! He is caring and mindful, seeks to understand areas of extra tension and is also very intuitive in gauging pressure and over all wellbeing throughout the session. He is a true healer. I look forward to my next treatment.

Justin's Thai Massage was one of the top 5 massages I've ever had including the ones at Esalen. His strengths lie not only in his obviously well trained technique but in his strong and caring touch. While most massages are timed down to the minute, Justin spent an abundant amount of time in each area where I needed work without looking at the clock. I am looking forward to his next visit and hopefully very soon.
