TheBlondTitan's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Jul 13, 2018
- I like them to feel completely renewed, rejuvenated, stress-free, happy, content and appreciative of time and money well spent. That is precisely how they feel when they leave our time together.
- You can't teach touch. Either you have that skillset or you don't. There are terrible professionally schooled therapists and they are amazing therapists without any formal training. I believe, however, based upon my own experience, that it IS necessary to have professional training. How else can you call yourself a "professional?" I am proud to be a graduate of the first nationally-accredited massage schools in the United States of America.
- I love to travel and see new places and meet new people. I have worked on people from over 40 countries and all 50 states of the union, so when I do travel, I let me clients in those areas know I'll be nearby. Clients travel several hours to see me. I go to my home state of Connecticut, I travel all over to see my loyal client base expanding into New York, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
- I have been a professional masseur by trade since I graduated from The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 1998.
- My height and stature coupled with my huge, strong, talented healing hands is the first thing that comes to mind. My genuine kindness and gentle, friendly demeanor is a major strength too. The number of years I have been providing outstanding bodywork is the icing on the cake. No one can compete with that overall package and I mean NO ONE.
- I'd want to ask them what their motives are. Anyone can advertise themselves as a masseur, but if they are approaching the trade for the wrong reasons, then I would advise against it - for their own sake and for the sake of their would be clients. Professionally trained therapists, such as myself, have the technical knowledge base to draw from with regard to how best to help their clients. That doesn't, however, mean that they are any good at all. I'd encourage people to graduate from an accredited massage school so that they could be the best that they could be. If their intention is to make money at the expense of their clients rather than be truly focused on providing the very best massage possible, each and every time, then I'd discourage them.
- I decided to become a masseur so I could work make my own hours and work for myself - when I wanted to work. I decided to put my innate skills to work and I believe it was and is a 'calling.' I have a higher purpose to share my energy and my body with others. It is sacred intimacy for me and I excel at it.
- I love to swim and to be in nature. Barton Springs or the Beach are some favorite places to be. I love digging my toes into the sand and being in the water. I frequent the Caribbean and love sailing and boating. I am a spiritualist so I am always expanding my consciousness and my mind by reading outstanding books. I also like to write and design board games. I am a singer / songwriter / lyricist too.
- All of my clients feel amazing when they leave. They feel invigorated yet completely relaxed. They know they have just had much more than a manual massage. They have had an "experience" they will never forget. Not only do I provide outstanding physical bodywork, I implement many energy healing modalities including Life Force Healing, Pranic Healing and Reiki Level II. Shiatsu, Reflexology, Head and Scalp massage and plenty of attention to the fingers and toes where our energy meridians are so well affected. I always offer a fresh purified glass of water and a strong hug before showing my clients to the door.
- I am a giant, but it should certainly not be intimidating. I am a gentle giant for sure. I am a kind, compassionate, considerate spiritualist who treats everyone with respect. My main message to people is that we are all in this journey together, let's make the most of it. We are fields of awareness temporarily animating human bodies for the purpose of experiencing the illusion that we are all separate when exactly the opposite is true. We all come from the same, nameless, timeless all-knowing Source or Creator and therefore we are all One and we are all individuated fragments of that Creator with the sole purpose, the soul purpose of remembering Who We Are while embodied. Yes, that is very deep, I know that.
I am a metaphysician, bestselling author, speaker/lecturer in the fields of consciousness and quantum physics and the science and spirituality behind the paranormal. I am an avid holistic and naturopathic health and wellness advocate and coach. I take excellent care of myself, both spiritually, emotionally and physically. We must detoxify our body more than our body accumulates toxins if we want to be healthy and live to an old age in good health.
- I consider myself and am widely considered one of the best professional massage therapists on the planet, or on any other planet. I have been conducting my private massage trade for all of my adult life. It has allowed me great flexibility to be wherever I wish to be and to work whenever I work. I don't consider it "work," though. It has been a rewarding experience because I have met people from all walks of life, movie stars, celebrities, educators, sports stars, CEO's, and average people just getting through life.
- I have always have the gift of intuitive touch. I was always the family neck and shoulder rubber and quickly eliminated headaches and tension. After achieving my Bachelors of Fine Arts / English Creative Writing, I elected to go to Massage School so I could work and write from home. While in my first class, my instructor asked me, "Where did you learn that!?" as I was working on one of my fellow students. I smiled at her because we both knew I was talented. I love connecting with people with massage. We always said in school, "Who really the receives? The giver or the receiver?" Even if I struck it rich, I would still work on people. Even when I am old and gray, I will have an outstanding, loyal client base who will pay me well for my skills and knowledge about health and wellness.
- My first client in Connecticut was in 1996 when I was still in Massage School. He is the owner of a catering company and master chef who was suffering from lower back, legs and foot pain from being on his feet all day. I brought my heated table to his home in Fairfield, Connecticut and I quickly took care of his sore muscles and relieved his pain. He booked a second appointment the following day and he has been a weekly client of mine since that time. He appreciated quality massage from a professionally-trained, intuitive young man and even after all these years, I come to his aid when he needs me.
