TheRoccoGarcia's Massage Interview
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Something I have found interesting while in the business is that as much as it is relaxing for the Client, it is also very relaxing for me. I have a very active life so when I am in a session I like to explore my client’s body and let my hands wonder while in sync to a nice acoustic playlist. Music relaxes me and while in a session I really give into the music and end up just as relaxed as the Client. So I would say that I would miss it if I didn't do it anymore.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I want them to leave not only relaxed but appreciated. A lot of people come to me not only because they want to distressed, but just to be touched. I want my clients to know I can be that person they need when they feel like getting a nice rub and hopefully establish a relationship of trust and reliability.
Why did you become a Masseur?
When the Pandemic hit, I was looking for ways to make an income, and a friend advised me to try it out as he knew I am good at massages and enjoy giving them, so I gave it a try and now I am happy to say it is one of my main sources of income.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I haven't met or hired many masseurs to compare, but What I can tell my clients is that when they come here, it is all about them and not about me. I listen to my client’s wishes and body language to furthermore satisfy every need, physically and spiritually.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love to travel! Usually try to go to a new city every few months. So if you see me in your area please reach out.
