How to have the best experience with your practitioner

I wanted to share some thoughts to create an opportunity for you to have the best experience.
1. clear and direct communication in regards to your expectations and needs. This insures that you and your practitioner are the right pairing.
2. Arrive (at minimum) 10 min prior to your appointment. Your time starts at your appointment time.
3. Be prepared, arrive clean and no cologne. Just a clean you is the best. Some practitioners have shower facilities available- just ask.
4. Remember, even in these intimate settings, Respect and Consent is king.
