UrNextMassage's Massage Interview
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Absolutely! I have been doing massage for almost 12 years. I Started here in LA and built a strong client base before moving to Berlin Germany for 5 years. I continued working as a masseur both privately and in some of the most popular Spas and Saunas. I have now returned to LA and have reestablished a great base here. My clients love the service I provide and come back again and again.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Most of the time, my clients will fall asleep during the massage and they leave feeling refreshed and nurtured. Most often the results of the massage are noticed the next day.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I always had an interest in massage. My brothers and sisters often made me give them massages as we watched tv as children. I guess when you have the right touch its comes naturally.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Ive been doing massage now for about 12 years. I love it!
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Im certified and completed the course work necessary to obtain the right experience. Although I was often told before I got the training that I had a great touch, I felt like I wouldn't be doing my clients justice if I didn't learn how to properly massage. There's a lot of knowledge that you pick up about the body during the process.
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I definitely remember my first client. I showed up at his place only to be surprised that I knew him from before. He was a handsome man, I couldnt have asked for someone better. I was nervous but I set up and soon all the nerves went away. I was very happy that it was someone I knew.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Yes I would miss Massage if I couldn't do it anymore.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I'm a bit shy. People always wonder howI can say that after they've met me but, it's true.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?

What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Do it!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
