- I'm a nomad at heart! Spent the majority of the year on the road, spontaneously hopping from place to place whenever it felt like time to move. I like to live in the present and let intuition be my guide. Has worked wonders so far.

- I love to be able to help others relieve pain and stress and I've found massage to be a great way to do that. Personally, I also find the practice of giving massage to be deeply meditative and therapeutic for myself, so it's a win-win.

- A great massage experience involves both a physical and energetic connection--a soothing of both body and mind. My style combines both so you walk away feeling refreshed and restored and can bring that vitality back to your daily life.
