In the hustle and bustle of modern life, finding moments of serenity becomes increasingly crucial. A 4-Hand Massage involves two therapists simultaneously delivering a deeply relaxing and harmonious experience. This guide outlines the top five benefits this specialized massage offers, designed for all individuals seeking a holistic approach to health and well-being.
Stress and Anxiety Relief: Experience a remarkable reduction in stress and anxiety levels. The impact is not only physical but extends to enhancing mental well-being.
Improved Flexibility and Balance: Our massage therapy improves flexibility & balance, the massage along with resistance stretches increases blood flow to muscles and joints, boosting oxygen & nutrients.
Blood Pressure Regulation: Studies reveal that after just 20 minutes of massage, the body starts releasing endorphins.
Hormonal Harmony: This sensory overload leads to a decrease in cortisol, while serotonin levels rise
Enhanced Healing Properties: A double dose of bodywork. The brain's attempt to keep track of multiple hands creates a deep state of relaxation, allowing muscle tension to melt away, reduce anxiety and overall well-being to flourish.

Christmas shopping, why is it always so stressful?
I personally like to shop but find it very frustrating at times, this is the only time of year I shop for other people and find nothing I think they would be interested in keeping. White Elephant gifts for everyone. That is what I should think about doing for my family, and just let them exchange all my gifts so they end up with the person that might want the gift. That is what I think would be the least stressful thing, and like our usual White Elephant I can't spend over $10 for the gifts. That way no one can say I did not hear what they wanted for x-mas. My problem is this is the only time of year I go shopping for others and walk out of the store with all kinds of things I want, no I need! So I do.
I realized when it comes to buying clothes & shoes the rest of the year, people my size must be the largest group stores market too or the buyers don't know small men exist! Men's small are never in stores the rest of the year, however, the ugly clothes that no one else buys, not a problem.
I'm telling everyone no gifts this year, except my mom. Signing her up for Silver Sneakers at EOS Fitness, for the pool hoping to reduce nerve pain in her legs.

I get it, once you're out of that routine of hitting the gym, it can become difficult and sometimes impossible to find the time to fit in the gym routine. Been there done that.
Stretching you can do anywhere, you just have to put in the effort to do it. When we sleep 6-8 hours at night you wake up sore, so start your morning with a glass of water and a few stretches.
1- Windmills are great as it includes a lot of core movement, and warms up the entire body start out slow and stretch as far as you can to reach towards your toes.
2-Pike position standing or sitting. Ankles touching start with toes pointed lean forward and grab your ankles, relax the neck and shoulders hold for ten seconds when you come out of pike start by rolling your spine up from the hips rolling through the thoracic and cervical spine slowly until your looking straight ahead.
Remember to breath when you feel pain! Long slow deep breaths.
For some reason we all tend to feel pain and stop breathing like its going to go away if we don't breath.
Breath, Breath, Breath!!!
Remember a body in motion, stays in motion! No matter your a
