Invictus (Latin for "Unconquered") is a power word for me, as it speaks to surviving and overcoming whatever attempted to defeat or crush you.

William Earnest Henley wrote a widely-popular poem
titled "Invictus" and it has been quoted by many to invoke courage and resilience in the face of struggle, adversity, and doubt. He wrote:

"It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul."

The strength we have within ourselves is underestimated. In this fast-paced, stressful, impersonal world, it is easy to lose sight of yourself. But, when you do learn to believe in yourself confidently, you then tap into this inner fire burning within you to become unconquerable.

A good massage should heal the body, mind, and spirit and should connect you to your inner fire that needs nothing but itself to burn.
