jmannCMT's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: Oct 28, 21:06
- Yes, I would miss my masseur days. I love the art of massage/bodywork, who I get to be and what it allows me to bring to my clients, including peace, relaxation, relief from pain or discomfort, rejuvenation and simply providing the space and support for clients to let go of stress, tension, anxiety for 60-90 minutes and more. It is very satisfying to me when I get to the end of a massage and can see the relaxation and peace on a client's face.
- I have been a masseur off and on going on 2 decades. I love the work and can see doing it in some capacity for as long as I am physically able.
- I want my clients to feel satisfied and like they got their money's worth! I want them to feel that not only did they get one of the best massages, but that they had a great interpersonal experience with me interpersonally.
- Among my greatest passions in life are acting and singing. I recently returned to the sage after not performing for over 2 decades. I won the Desert Theater League Award for Best Lead Actor in a play this year. I also enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and practicing
meditation.
- Yes, I consider myself a successful masseur. My clients typically tell me that the massage they receive is amazing or the best massage they have ever had. That in itself is how I define success as a maseur.
