- I started out, when I was a coach/athlete with the track club. I certified in sports massage and added techniques from there. I then worked on athletes from different sports. I was away from massage for a while, due to other work, but always missed it. I am now back and expanding what I do, to suit Toronto clients. I have been really enjoying being back at it.

- I do.... I was coaching and competing, at the time and since I was good with my hands the head coach paid for me to get certified in sports massage. My first client was a hurdler, with a persistent issue in his leg. I worked on him about 4 times, until the issue finally subsided. Word got around and I helped many athletes and others. It felt good to get them back to their best.
