I've experienced numerous modalities in Europe, the US and Asia. This was my first Ayurvedic Abyangha massage and I am a convert. Nykolah's studio is very centrally located in a charming air conditioned Chambre de Bonne a 10 minute walk from my hotel in the Marais. Communicating with him in advance of my trip was very easy. I explained to him some of the issues I was having with my feet and legs. I was delighted to learn he had researched the issue and proposed a course of treatment designed to provide relief. The full body massage was conducted on a table with a generous amount of warm and soothing oil and a delicious fragrance wafted through the space. He graciously offered the use of the bath after the massage. As I write this review 24 hours after my treatment, my foot pain is gone! If you are seeking a therapeutic massage for a persistent problem, I can recommend Nykolah whole heartedly. P.S. It may have been the case that the session was longer than 120 minutes. Time just evaporated!
