seattleotterguy's Personal Masseur InterviewLast Updated: May 26, 23:16
- I am an average guy next door. Entrepreneur that provides self-care services through my other business and here.
- I am connecting with people and have people requesting multiple sessions, so to me that is success.
- I would miss meeting new clients and building a professional and social friendship with them.
- Relaxed, de stressed, and already planning to book a service with me again.
- Take the time to practice on friends and ask for feedback. Sometimes on the job training is the best. Make sure you are in the right mindset to provide services. It’s a careless act of service and clients can tell when you are not necessarily wanting to be “working”
- I am split. I prefer to provide services at my home so I have everything I need but can travel to a client if needed.
- I have about 18 months of experience actually taking clients. I enjoy doing this as a secondary source of income.
- I wouldn’t say distinguishes, but I do take pride in providing a relaxing sensual massage. Rather than doing a status quo session and assuming a clients wants a full busy massage I like to ask where they want the focus and go from there.
- I have always provided massages as fun in relationships. After encouragement and realizing I enjoy providing a space for a person to unwind and step away from stress I began providing services
- Agree to disagree. I have taken a few classes and have provided services self-taught. I think, unless the masseur is providing a massage for medical reasons, the relaxing massage is all about hearing the clients needs and wants.
- I want my clients to leave feeling relaxed. Taking the time, whether it’s 60 minutes or 90 minutes to just have the ability to shut themselves off from the world and allow themselves to be selfish and do something for themselves.
