This wasn't your relaxing spa massage. It was a focused attack on those trouble spots. Miles knew exactly how to navigate my dense muscle tissue, working out knots and adhesions that were limiting my range of motion. It wasn't always comfortable, but the feeling of release afterward was incredible.
