Adamexplorer's Massage Interview
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Most clients feel like they received an amazing massage by a Masseur that knew what they were doing and not a generic, ineffective rub down.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I like physical jobs, I've never been an office job kind of guy. From landscaping, to personal training, to Masseur, it does help to stay in shape.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be serious about being trained. Your clients will be able to tell in a few mins if you know what you're doing or not. If they have a great first experience with you, then not only do they have the potential to return as a repeat client but they'll be the ones to refer business to you as well.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I would say yes. A wimpy rubdown is better advertising for your fellow competitor Masseurs that know what they're doing and less advertising for you. I've been doing this for over 10 yrs and I'm still learning sned refining my technique.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like my clients to feel as though they had a great, private experience in a clean, peaceful and inviting atmosphere while escaping reality in a therapeutic way that they'll want to repeat in the very near future.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
My experience distinguishes me from other Masseurs plus my unique technique that most clients say they've never had done before that left them renewed and refreshed.
