I booked a regular massage to just treat myself, relax and rejuvenate. Alan started with a thorough conversation with me about my body, any issues, and what I'm looking for. We also chatted a while about other topics before & after the massage - he's super friendly and smart. He gave me some fitness/stretching tips that I hadn't heard before. During the massage, he was able to find and work on sore points I didn't even know were there. It was a solid massage, he puts a lot of effort into doing this well - highly recommend.

I received a Full Sports Medicine massage from Alan. Alan is a highly skilled massage therapist who has a deep understanding of anatomy. He was able to apply the right amount of pressure to help me relax my muscles and relieve my tension. Alan also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great massage experience and would definitely recommend Alan to others. He is an awesome person!

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. Alan knows sports physiology. His massages pinpoints the muscle stress and he alleviates the stress. Alan is very easy on the eyes and so friggin nice. You really need the full 90 minutes to get the full affect. I will be back.

Alan is the real deal! By far the best full body work I’ve ever had outside of a sports medicine studio. In addition to being kind, warm, and incredibly handsome, he knows exactly what’s he’s doing. I received so much more than I expected! He has absolutely created a repeat customer!

I arrived at his place and he greeted me with a warm smile. He showed me to his studio and asked if I had any areas that were off limits. He asked if I had any requests and had me prepare myself. I had me lay down on his table. He has a definite firm touch. He asked a number of times through the massage if everything was ok. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely go back and see him again. Thank you for a great 1st massage.
