I booked a regular massage to just treat myself, relax and rejuvenate. Alan started with a thorough conversation with me about my body, any issues, and what I'm looking for. We also chatted a while about other topics before & after the massage - he's super friendly and smart. He gave me some fitness/stretching tips that I hadn't heard before. During the massage, he was able to find and work on sore points I didn't even know were there. It was a solid massage, he puts a lot of effort into doing this well - highly recommend.

I received a Full Sports Medicine massage from Alan. Alan is a highly skilled massage therapist who has a deep understanding of anatomy. He was able to apply the right amount of pressure to help me relax my muscles and relieve my tension. Alan also took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. Overall, I had a great massage experience and would definitely recommend Alan to others. He is an awesome person!

Hands down the best massage I've ever had. Alan knows sports physiology. His massages pinpoints the muscle stress and he alleviates the stress. Alan is very easy on the eyes and so friggin nice. You really need the full 90 minutes to get the full affect. I will be back.
