AlexMassageLDN's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I had experience with Swedish massage and Reiki massage before becoming a sensual masseur. My first client for sensual massage really liked my massage style. Combining my massage training with sensual massage and tantra came naturally to me so I decided to continue. ;)
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes. I have many repeat clients.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I appreciate authenticity. I give all my attention to the massage and clients will get the best out of the massage if they truly relax and let go.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Relaxed on multiple levels, feeling like they had one of the best massages they ever had.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I am interested in tantra and spirituality.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I had a natural talent for it when massaging lovers or boyfriends so decided to become a professional.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Learn more than one style of massage so that you have range in what you can offer. Also, trust your instincts and pay attention to every client as an individual. Everyone is different.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Multiple clients told me my massage was the best they've ever had.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been a massage therapist since 2016. I will continue offering massage for as long as I enjoy it.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love to travel. I like long vacations, in nature, relaxing.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Proper training with certification is necessary to avoid injury and to provide a good quality muscular massage. From my perspective, the tantric side is mostly intuitive. Studying tantra, bodywork, spirituality or energy work does definitely help make the tantric massage more powerful, but the most important thing is for the masseur to be intuitive and responsive.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like when clients feel like they had a really special experience.
