He puts his personal training background and knowledge of muscle groups to good use and spent a good amount of time stretching me, before leveraging his strength to provide a firm massage. He checked in regularly to ensure the pressure was comfortable and was a great conversationalist. Perfect communication. Looking forward to my next visit.
