Here’s what you can expect in my sessions:
Lomi Lomi (means ‘Rub, Rub’ in Hawaii) entails powerful gliding strokes from head to toe and includes stretching of the legs, glutes and shoulders. It’s equal combination therapeutic and sensual, depending on which session you choose. Your body aches and pains will disappear, and you feel completely renewed.
My 60 minute sessions are performed with you on a sheet or towel, and more therapeutic in nature. My 75 and 90 minute sessions are performed on an oiled-up table and more sensual/therapeutic as my arms glide OVER and UNDER your body, followed by a shower scrub. In all my sessions, you may request CBD oil application for a small additional charge.
CBD has been proven to help reduce chronic pain and inflammation, anxiety/depression and numerous other health issues. Through the Lomi Lomi technique, the CBD-infused body oil can penetrate deeper and more effectively into the muscle tissues, leaving you completely rejuvenated!
