I completely tailor each session according to your unique needs, injuries, and sensitivities using my expertise in athletic, deep tissue, and Swedish massage techniques.

My journey into massage therapy began after a college injury that benched me for a season. During rehabilitation, I had the chance to slow down and study the mechanics of physical therapy, massage and yoga. I began training on NCAA athletes and friends and now six years later that’s expanded into my profession. Initially, I saw massage as a tool for addressing physical ailments, but I soon discovered its profound somatic healing potential. This realization ignited my passion to help others heal—not just physically, but holistically.

My goal extends beyond providing physical relief; I aim to guide you toward simple, everyday adjustments that can strengthen your mind, body, and spirit.
