Be positive and always be prepared and uplifting even though you may not feel that way. You can get a call for an appointment and see a client within minutes so alwats be well groomed, clean and fresh. Make certain your energy is high and treat every client like he was a King. It's all about the client not you. Smile and be sincere and be a good listener if your client wants to chat or if the client wants to remain silent do not offer idle chatter. Keep the ambience of your space calm, tranquil and pristine. Cleanliness is paramount. Relax and enjoy.
