I grew up a trained dancer. While training to be an LMT I found this to be very helpful in understanding not just my body but others as well. Knowing muscles and how they move and interact was always interesting to me.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
First and foremost.. satisfied. I hope that in our time together you feel comfortable enough to tell me exactly what you do or don’t like. This way we can make sure you have the absolute best experience because that is my ultimate goal.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Sleep, honestly. lol. I believe in the power of rest and relaxation. Especially in a crazy city such as New York, I think prioritizing stress reduction is vital.
