Hygiene and cleanliness are vital. The table and other surfaces are treated and disinfected. Sheets and towels are sterilized and washed with bleach.

- I had training in Reiki and many of my clients were men (specifically gay men). My healing practice then led to more training to be a masseur. I already had a pretty busy life, but missed working one-on-one with people again. So, I started and it felt like the most natural thing in the world.
- Learn the basic techniques then start working on people and getting feedback. Get lots of massages yourself in different styles so you know what you like and don't.
- Immediate relief with continual euphoria. ;-)
