Free to Be
Massage with me is like a moving meditation. I use a lot of really long and slow strokes, working to lengthen and bring space to the connective tissue throughout the body. I also work on trigger points along the way, and include some therapeutic stretches. I treat our massage sessions as a sacred container where you are free to be authentically you, and explore what it feels like to completely relax, let go, and feel bliss in your body. I'm both professional and very down to earth and easy going. In addition to massage, I also offer one-on-one naked yoga.
