I am a fully certified therapist who's taken three massage programs in Canada, India and Germany. I take huge pride in being able to help heal people in their bodies through touch. I work with both deep therapeutic and ayruvedia to create a custom and unique experience for each client. I have 12 years experience and training in:
Aromatherapy, Ayurvedic Massage, Deep Flow Bodywork, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hydrotherapy, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu: Mat & Table, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Sensual massage.

Your boundaries are respected - We will begin with a chat to discuss your needs from the massage. I encourage as much feedback as possible to create a custom experience
Stay in your body - I encourage all my clients to feel what they're experiencing, eyes closed and allowing all the changes to take place
One Way Massage - This is your experience. My hands on your body facilitating healing.
Massage is personal and there is zero pressure for you. It's my goal for you to enjoy the experience and be taken on a journey.
I also offer a free 15 minute face time or phone chat for clients with questions. This way I can put you at ease and answer any questions you might have.
