Massage Types I Am Offering
About Me
journey out of numb into Nirvana
People typically seek a massage to fix a physical problem that has reached an extreme in the moment.
What they don't realize is that they are usually just putting a bandaid on a bullet wound of deeper physical or even psychological trauma.
I focus on an intense physical massage journey involving rolfing which is a deep tissue structural reintegration utilizing pressure points and techniques from around the globe
as a yoga instructor and contortionist, I am able to probe and penetrate deeper into all parts of the body with longer strokes rooting at multiple contact points generating otherwise impossible myofascial releases.
my degrees and background in psychology alongside a lifecoaching certification have trained me to uniquely provide mental and physical relief while simultaneously targeting trauma beyond surface symptoms.
I look forward to working with you and bringing you back to your best self.

Had a wonderful therapeutic massage the other day with Seth. He was very professional and transparent during our messaging to make sure my expectations and problem area (right shoulder) were transparent and met. He made sure my shoulder had all the knots kneaded out and was very relaxing the whole time. I would definitely go to Seth again for my future massages and recommend him to anyone who needs a great massage !
This guy has skills! I was in need of a legit deep tissue massage due to my high stress job and intense workouts. He did not disappoint. I was seriously impressed with his contortionist moves - at times using hands, elbows, knees and feet to work on my tight muscles and release my tension. He also coached me on breathing exercises throughout the session. I left feeling physically rejuvenated and spiritually re-balanced. Would highly recommend him - and hope see him again soon.

- I have owned my own business in the travel industry for over a decade now. I love traveling. Annually, I'm actually OUT of my apartment more often than I'm there. A lot of my travel involved highly dense populations either by nature of the destination or events while I was there. I love people in many ways. Covid taught me how much I love being alone and in my own space. I'm a friggin' AMAZING homebody ... I believe we are called extroverted introverts now. I'd just like to think it's a balance.
- Is it nurture or is it nature? Extensive or otherwise, chicken or the egg? Are all good masseurs trained? No Are all trained masseurs good? No Is being trained a good thing? Absolutely Can you be a masseur without training? Yes Can you be a good masseur without training? Yes Is it better to be trained? Y E S FULL STOP, being trained is about SAFETY not just for the client but you as well. Nobody WANTS to injure anyone. Without the basic levels of kinesiology and body dynamics, the risk of doing so is exponential. That said, doesn't mean it's impossible to hurt someone (or even yourself) without base knowledge of what you are doing. Training gives a basic structure of the practice AND in my opinion, all the training in the world won't help you give a good massage. The most important part is intuitively connecting with the client to know what needs to be worked on and how. More than ⅔ of my sessions working on someone is in "response" to their body talking to me via a twitch or cramp working at the other end of their body. Training will teach you what you're working on and how but not necessarily why and when.
- do yoga and don't crack your knuckles/wrist 🙈 I'm sure I have more but that's enough for now
