Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
I was living in LA at the time and my first client was actually a discreet guy traveling through the city, he was nervous but we ended up having a good time.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Being a masseur is very addictive especially with connecting through touch and how powerful that can be.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes! I'd say so - Most if not all of my clients book more appointments while in session and are loyal regulars
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I'm a certifed personal trainer and physical therapist so I do alot of body work.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Relaxed and rejuvenated - I want the client to feel healed and to feel cared for.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I spent a lot of time in nature, or in the mountains or sightseeing when I can get-away.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I was dating someone and we got certified together, I took it to another level realizing how connected I am to physical touch.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
If you have friends that enjoy massage offer to do massage exchange and learn more techniques as you go.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
My background and education/relationship with the body gives me a deeper understanding of your needs.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
+5 years and throughout my lifetime.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I LOVE traveling and exploring new places.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
I don't believe that's the case I know a lot of successful masseurs who haven't been trained the traditional way - they are just connected and aware.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I like my clients to feel like they can breathe again.
