First of all, he’s a very nice guy. Absolutely no complaints about this energy or presence. The massage was average but relaxing. He had a few good moves that were stimulating - but they weren’t organic or incrementally applied - meaning, he would be massaging my glutes and then start massaging my arm. Overall, it was just average and fairly amateur. The disappointing facts are that his pics are very outdated, he’s not a trained massage therapist or even gifted with the “massage touch”, and the last 1/3 of the massage became more about him than the client. Definitely not what I was expecting for $200 for an hour massage. Again, he’s a nice guy. He’s ***y for his real age (prob mid 50s), but the ad is not accurate.

Dan Vesper gave me a second massage yesterday, even better than the first. This one lasted 90 minutes and I'm still feeling the benefits. My body glowed with warmth for hours after the massage and I still feel the benefits. The tension and stress that was in my body is gone. He works wonders.

Dan combines the strength of a nationally competitive professional bodybuilder with the most gentle hands one can imagine. As the massage goes on, his hands become warmer and warmer, more and more relaxing. When he hits one of the knots in my body, he leans into it with all of his substantial strength until the knot dissolves and the pain is gone. All that remains is the warmth and the pleasure.

Dan is a big, strong, man but his voice is as gentle as his hands. He is constantly attuned to my reactions and he is responsive to everything he hears and feels. As is always the case with the best massages, there is constant communication -- using touch and words as well as his memory of our prior session.

Finally, Dan is a glory to behold, big, strong, sculpted, rock-solid muscle, smooth and glowing. He has a wonderful smile. At the end of the massage, he toweled me down, getting the oil off my body, and then said, "That was fun!" He loves his work and he cared for his clients. It was fun. Even better, it was healing.

I had my first massage from Dan Vesper yesterday, the first of what I hope will be many more. I'm a 79 year old gay man, a former gym rat and serious runner, a survivor of both heart and cancer surgery, facing total replacement of both knees.

Dan and I had a serious conversation about my need for serious massage therapy for the various problems associated with my age and medical history as well as for my equally serious need for relaxation and pleasure. He was attentive, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology as well as being very experienced as a masseur, a trainer, and bodybuilding competitor.

Dan has very strong hands and a very gentle touch. He is remarkably responsive. Dan is very intelligent, a world-traveler, engaged in conversation when I wanted and was silent when I wanted. As befits a former competitive body builder, Dan has a very impressive body -- which becomes even more impressive when he takes his shirt off and begins to work.

In sum, Dan ranks with the bast masseurs I've ever had. I hope to see him regularly, perhaps weekly, and I wish that we could have longer sessions. He's remarkable. I give him my highest recommendation.
