I am a professionally certified and experienced Traditional Thai Massage and energetic bodywork practitioner. I've been practicing mindfulness, massage, and healing work for over a decade.
Traditional Thai massage is a set of ancient healing techniques that uses acupressure, energy work, and assisted yoga postures. I work using my hands, elbows, feet, and knees. It is usually performed on the floor, on mats.
Through mindful touch and guided breathing, I aim to gently settle the mind and help you experience calm, restoration, and full awareness of your body. My goal is to give you a positive, enjoyable, and pleasurable experience.
I value honest communication and respect above all. I have a gentle, careful and considerate mindset. I am focused on wellness, calm, and connection through your whole body and being.
I really do focus on connection through massage. Many people finish a session with me reporting that they've gone on a pleasant and healing inner journey.
