Deep Swedish Sports Massage + Outdoor Watsu Spa
Each 90 minute or 2 hour session starts out in a private clean 10" x 10" outdoor saltwater jacuzzi spa with strong jets & a waterfall in an open-air zen garden setting where I guide clients through a breathwork meditation as I stretch you with hydrotherapy to warm your muscles up so you can simply let go, relax, and rebalance your mind, body, and spirit. Then I practice Watsu in still water to help melt away any emotional stress before the massage.
Please arrive showered with no products on. Clients are welcome to take a rinse before use of the jacuzzi. Spa temperature is set between 96 - 101 degrees. Shower is also available after the session if needed.
60 min session is $200 (massage only)
90 min session is $250 (includes spa/watsu)
2 hour session is $300 (includes spa/watsu)

Overall, it was a great experience. The combination of modalities he used worked well. When we met, he was able to address my problem areas. He didn't rush through any steps and wanted to make sure all my conerns were addressed. I would highly recommend him.
I have tried to begin this review several times, but nothing sounded like it was doing justice to this experience - so I finally decided "eff it"; just write something. This was an event unlike any I have ever had. I'm not in the habit of writing many reviews, but Brian is totally deserving of the highest praise. His space is secluded, tranquil, private, first-class and very professional. The watsu portion of the massage, which takes place in the saltwater plunge pool outside, is mind-altering. He guides you through every step, encouraging relaxation, meditation and breath. We then moved inside to the table where he gave an excellent deep tissue massage. I do physical work and was desperately in need of a masseur as good as Brian to help me repair some damage and straighten out the kinks. Lots of good stretching here as well; again, severely needed by me. Finally he concludes with a mesmerizing sound bath, carrying away your mind and senses. Truly a one-of-a-kind, five-star experience. Book - you WILL NOT be sorry!
The massage was amazing! Brian is very sweet, respectful, and well trained. The watsu portion at the beginning of the session is the most incredible experience ever. What is a Reiki Sound bath?
Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki master (who has undergone formal training in this healing art) uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing.
A Reiki sound bath has proven to have healing effects on the mind as well as the body. A sound bath session can lead to reduced anxiety levels, tension, and sadness as well as diminished pain.
With the use of tibetan singing bowls, quartz chakra colored singing bowls, and koshi chimes, the sound bath I perform after the massage promotes wellbeing and relaxation. The vibration of the sound waves induce a meditative state while the body is brought into resonant balance.
Each chakra corresponds to organs, emotions, and metaphysical parts of you. Sound Baths use sound waves at different frequencies to realign the cells in your body to their natural and optimal vibrational state.
The unique combination of Reiki and Sound Healing Therapy can help to resolve emotional distress, increase relaxation, and increase the recipient's feeling of spiritual well-being.
Self Care September Tips
- Get a Massage every 1-2 weeks if possible.
Self Care is the practice of taking an active role in protecting one’s own well-being and happiness, in particular during periods of stress.
If we don’t take the time to relax and renew, our wellbeing and health can suffer. Remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take some time this month to do things that make you feel good.
- Make sleep a priority.
A good night’s rest is key to having energy to sustain you for your day of activities! If you’ve been staying up late or having trouble sleeping, try and get to bed earlier or adopt a wind down routine before bed. Put electronics away before getting into bed to avoid the temptation to spend another hour scrolling through instead of getting the sleep your body craves!
- Write down 3- 10 things your grateful in a journal before falling asleep instead. Notice how you feel when you awake the next day.
- Hydrate with water first thing in the morning. Your body needs it.
