Deepmaxmassage's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
It was about 6 years ago, it was a biker in leather gear and crash helmet knocking on my door, I was excited to say the least. He was such a sweetheart and loved my service, although he sensed i was new to the world of massage.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I most certainly would, it’s a love affair giving people pleasure through massage.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I consider myself eager to please and very happy greeting people, yes I do.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I’m calm cool and collected, and take pride in smelling nice :)
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Happy, ultra refreshed, flexible, senses awoken, that they’ve had a good service.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Cooking, food of any nature, travelling, gym, yoga, keep fit, politics, consumer affairs, pubs (not clubs) fashion, walking, cafe people watching, Cinema, did I say food ?
Why did you become a Masseur?
My hands give pleasure - love meeting people - I really like discovering the human body, no body is ever the same, which is incredible !
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be nice always and show the nicest kindness possible.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
Everyone is different, every touch is different.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
For as long as I can
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Travel frequently love different cultures and exploring this amazing world.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Not at all, if your naturally gifted no amount of training can give you that gift. It certainly helps with technique though, training has help with certain aspects, however I find my instinct/hands find the knots aches and pains, pleasure spots, no amount of training helps with that. It’s a good and bad thing I think.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
They’ve made a friend, and feel absolutely amazing.
