It is one thing to get a massage. It is another thing to have a transformative encounter. Massage is part of the experience but what I offer goes deeper than that. My training is in Tantra, pastoral care, and mindful touch. I bring attention and attunement to all of you integrating the physical, emotional and spiritual.

Creating a safe and affirming space is a priority for me. I offer a touch with a mindful approach attuned to the subtle frequencies of your particular energetic signature.
Healing happens at the physical level of your muscles, joints, and bones. It also happens in the deeper parts of our being and becoming.
I take time for us to first get centered so we can be fully present. We start off with taking deep breaths. I then ask you for what you need along with any areas you want to focus on. We then start on a journey that tailors the experience to you.
