I am trained in deep tissue/therapeutic massage and specialize in helping people who abuse their bodies. With over 18 years experience, I have worked with dancers, athletes, gym rats, and stressed out business men. I have experience in spas, gyms, and with college sports teams.
I believe in tailoring each session to what you need and to serve you, and in educating you on how to prolong the benefits of the body work.
