If you have ever had a great massage, you understand how you can feel both relaxed and invigorated at the same time. I am a certified masseur and your massage will incorporate the best of my training and my experience.

My full body massage utilizes a combination of modalities. I apply the strong pressure of classical deep tissue massage to your muscles and joints to ease pain and tension. To that I add the therapeutic arts of Reiki…using the proximity and light touch of my hands to channel energy to you for healing and restoration of your physical and emotional well-being. Using elements of Thai massage, I apply deep pressure (always checking in with you as to your comfort) using my hands, feet, knees, legs, etc. to relieve tension and mobilize your pressure points. Finally, I use both Swedish, and also Indian Ayurveda massage techniques, incorporating body gliding and kneading motion, as well as warm oil, for relaxation. Lastly, a hot towel face treatment is incorporated into this unique massage experience.

Everything about my studio is designed to provide a warm, soothing, and welcoming atmosphere. You may undress to your comfort level. The massage table has clean linens…meditation music will play in the background…bottled water is provided, and hot towels are used to clean and energize you after the massage.
