I am a licensed massage therapist with a private practice located in Annapolis, Maryland. Following my the completion of my studies at the Swedish Institute and NYU in 2011, I worked at several high-end spas in New York City and on staff with the American Ballet Theater from 2011-2016. I have now served the DMV area since February of 2016. As a gay business owner, I proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community. Growing up in a military family, I am also proud to offer discounts to our active armed services members. I also offer discounts for students!

My private studio is equipped with a professional grade heated table, hot towels, hot stones, and therapeutic grade Young Living aromatherapy. I use only hypoallergenic, nut-free massage oil infused with Arnica, a homeopathic herb used to reduce pain and inflammation. I can offer either a specific modality, or a specialized blend. These modalities may include deep tissue, Swedish, shiatsu, trigger point, myofascial release, reflexology, craniosacral, and hot stone enhancements. Treatment is customized according to each client's individual needs. To achieve optimal meditative healing, I also utilize a 360-degree sound system which incorporates binaural beats at 6 Hz frequency. This induces a meditative state and naturally supports theta waves in the brain. Theta waves are the second slowest brain wave and are associated with the subconscious mind, REM sleep, and light sleep. They are associated with meditation, prayer, and other states of deep, relaxed, internal focus. They are often described as, “the waves of healing."

Finally, I also offer guided meditation using Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls and Reiki energy healing and chakra balancing. This can be incorporated into the massage treatment or done separately.
