As an added bonus, I'm happy to use my brand new, TriggerPoint Grid 2.0 foam roller, designed to replicate the efficacy of a professional masseur. Note: I would closely and gently guide you through how to use it on yourself, in my presence.

I'm happy to work shirtless. For first meeting, I request you remain clothed as you would in a normal personal training session. I am most accustomed to the friction and barrier that clothing provides, and believe you deserve better than having someone "learn on the job" with an unclothed stretch.

The "intimacy" of our experience is largely led by the incredible intuition and listening skills I bring to every client session. I am not providing any kind of happy ending experience. I treat this as I would any personal training client, with the exception of my bare torso + the option for you to go shirtless in 2nd + subsequent sessions.

Premium rate owes to my lifelong study of the human body, my thousands of hours of working others' bodies, and my decades of developing my own physique such that my waist-to-shoulder ratio is matched or exceeded by less than 1 out of every 10,000 men.
