The technique consists basically in:
-10-15 minute of introduction about tantra theory - tantric personality - technique of breathing - technique of visualization - how does the energy works in our body and how to encrease it getting to tantric extasis!
- 15-30 minute meditation through re-breathing + californian massage + guided visualizations, in order to relax body and mind
- 65 minute muscular and relaxing naked massage total body - body massage
- 10 minutes of energy awakening working on meridian lines and on chakras - on tantric stimulation and manipulation (Lingam / Yoni - if required)
The aim of the massage is to reach a state of deep relaxation through a deep breathing and visualization, and to analize your state of counciosness and management of personal energy or personality according to the spiritual teachings of tantric tradition.

Enrico’s Tantra session was quite informative and unique. In the review above, it shows too much time was spent talking. Enrico was clear about the time - an hour of coaching and explaining, followed by the massage and actual tantra practice. He didn’t look at the time and although anticipated to be two hours, it went past it like time actually stopped. I’d say if you want a massage in silence, that’s not the tantra experience. For that just book a regular session. I’d also think if you’re a repeat client, the same coaching wouldn’t be necessary and the experience would be different. I left with a bunch of good pointers and tools in my tool box to be a better person, lover and resident of life. Enrico is kind, gentle and caring. He’s passionate about his work and thinks it’s a gift to mankind. If you’re willing to accept him that way, it’ll be a good experience. Enjoy!
I quite enjoyed being with Enrico and he is certainly expert at tantra massage. However, he spent too much time explaining the technique at the beginning of the session. I understand that some information is necessary but I would have preferred less time talking about it and more time with the actual massage. I had booked for two hours but a lot of time was used in explanations at the beginning
