Just Breathe
In times of stress we may get flustered or feel overwhelmed, it's ok to step away and just breathe. Close your eyes and lift your chin, inhale through your nose deep into the belly to fully expand.. Exhale through your mouth and when you think you have no more air, exhale even more.. Congratulations you've just centered yourself and are now ready to tackle the day!

Remember to stretch!
Tight hamstrings/hips can cause lower back pain, tight pecs/rotators can cause shoulder/neck pain. That's why I always incorporate some stretching in my sessions to improve range of motion and overall wellness!
