I hope all is well with you. My name is Fredd, and I'm a dedicated, private person who loves spreading well-being in all areas. Because I am both a licenced personal trainer and a fully qualified massage therapist, I bring a unique set of skills to my massage business. I'm currently working on getting a degree in psychology to learn more about how I can help people find peace in their mind, body, and soul.
Even though it's right in the middle of Covent Garden, my massage room is a peaceful place to go to rest and feel better. Before and after your massage, you are welcome to take a shower to feel better.

Massage not only loosens up and stretches muscles, which relieves pain and cramps, but it also makes you more flexible by lowering muscle tone. If you want to recover from exercise tiredness faster, massage works better than just rest. If you need a good night's sleep, you might want to come to my office in the busy centre of London. Professional Massage
A type of massage therapy, deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
How Does It Work?
While some of the strokes may feel the same as those used in Swedish massage therapy, deep tissue massage isn't the same as having a regular massage with deep pressure.
