Massage has been very important to me my whole adult life. I consider it a necessity for my well being, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe most people would benefit from including some form of regular bodywork in their lives.

I've had a passion for healing my whole life. It is this passion along with skilled hands and a highly developed intuition that makes my massage sessions a uniquely dynamic and healing experience.

My training has taken a nontraditional and unorthodox route. I have studied different healing modalities (rebirthing, reiki and various others) and have worked with various healers, bodyworkers and intuitives back in my hometown of Philadelphia. Through this process I discovered a talent for massage and in May of 1993 I started my massage practice in earnest.

Deep-tissue work, acupressure, Swedish, Reiki and stretching form the basis of my work. I strive to create a unique experience for each person. I customize my sessions to suit what each client's needs are in the moment. Whether relief from the stresses of life or help with healing of an injury, etc., my goal is to help with whatever healing you need.

I also incorporate a light, sensual touch throughout the session. In addition to being pleasurable, I find it helps the body integrate the deeper elements of my work more effectively, which helps to provide longer lasting benefits.

I have created a beautiful, warm and inviting dedicated room for my practice, with candles, music and an extra wide, comfortable, heated massage table. I use high quality, unscented massage cremes

I live in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood right between the Castro and Noe Valley areas with street parking usually easy to find.
